Return and Refund Policy

At CAPS, we sell digital software licenses delivered via email.

🔹 Nature of Product

All products sold on our website are:

Digital (software license keys)

Delivered electronically via email

No physical shipment involved

🔹 Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

❌ Returns are NOT accepted once the license key is delivered

❌ Products cannot be returned after activation or usage

🔹 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

✅ If the license key is invalid or not working

✅ If a wrong product is delivered

✅ If the product is not delivered

🔹 Refund Request Time

Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery

🔹 Refund Process

After verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment methodRefund will be completed within 5–7 business days

Orders can be cancelled only before delivery of the license keyOnce the license key is sent, cancellation is not possible
